"We needed some gas run to our lanai for a barbecue and firepit. This family run business communicated well, did amazing work and made sure everythig was exactly the way we wanted it. Everyone we worked with from office staff to the owner and plumbers could not have been better to work with. We honestly think of them as friends now. Would have them come back for other needs anytime. They might cost a bit more than some others but you you have any regrets paying a little more for the attention they give their customers."
"I had a slab leak in my house what a disaster , no water. I called 2 companies and Rise- up plumbing answered.They came out right away on a Saturday gave me an estimate and sent a technician out in a couple days. Angel had me feeling calmer. Michael the tech was awesome explained everything asked if we had any questions he did a great job and even cleaned up afterwards a very caring person. "I had the pleasure of working with Bill and his wife to repair my damaged and leaking shower drain. I had water leaking into my master closet and bedroom. This is my first home and I’ve never had to call a plumber before so I assumed I had a busted pipe in the wall. Rise up plumbing was the first of 4 plumbers to answer the phone after 4pm on a Friday. They were able to come out and assess my issues the same day! Bill went above and beyond to correct my leak even taking the time to research and source something new that would prevent a costly and extensive repair process. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable always reaching out to alert me when he was on his way while remaining punctual. When he came back to finalize the repair he was efficient and fast even taking the time to unclog a drain in my guest bathroom without notice.
